At Rubtin, user privacy is the foundation of our product design. Standard online file utilities require you to upload your files to remote cloud servers. Rubtin operates on a completely different model: **all tools run locally in your web browser**.

1. No File Collection

Because our tools run entirely client-side, your files, documents, images, and text streams never leave your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, stored on cloud disks, or cached in temporary directories.

2. Local Browser Processing

When you click "Merge PDF", "Split PDF", "Compress PDF", "JPG to PDF", or "PDF to JPG", the operation is computed in your browser tab using WebAssembly and Javascript engines. Your files are processed inside your computer's system memory. Closing the browser tab completely frees the memory and leaves no residual copies.

3. Web Analytics

We may use minimal, privacy-compliant tracking scripts to count page visits and analyze general traffic volume. These scripts do not scrape, index, or have access to any uploader content.
